The Martino Group is based in Denton, Texas located just minutes from the DFW metroplex off interstate 35. Denton is known for the North Texas State Fair & Rodeo and its active music life including the Denton Arts and Jazz Festival and 35 Denton music festivals attracting over 300,000 people to the city each year. “The Official Best Of”, a research travel resource, recognized Denton as best small town in America.
The historic downtown square is the heart of Denton. The Denton County Courthouse, built in 1986, is surrounded by unique shops, one-of-a-kind restaurants, bars, coffeehouses, clubs, and music venues.
Denton is also home to two large universities: Texas Woman’s University (TWU) and the University of North Texas (UNT). TWU opened in 1901 and is known to have the largest doctoral nursing program in the world. UNT was established 1890 and is well known for its fine art programs. “Little D Town” featured Denton as the best college town in Texas.
